MICHAEL POWER

Mr. Powers is a seasoned analyst, manager and consultant with experience in a broad range of industries and business functions, including manufacturing, logistics, IT hardware & software, professional services, consumer goods and specialty/high-value-add equipment. Following a long term as project manager and client-partner in California and Europe with Cambridge Technology Partners, Mike served as COO at AppJuice, an early pioneer of SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) delivery. Upon returning to the United States in 2003, Mr. Powers joined Cisco Systems (Advisory Services) and delivered high-value systems and financial analysis plus deliverables for Cisco's Fortune500 clients worldwide, including TSMC and Caterpillar. Mike also fulfilled interim management roles with several corporate clients in Oregon and Washington, including Shinsei Bank and Hollywood Video. Mr. Powers then facilitated the establishment of North American operations for a Dutch consumer goods manufacturer, serving as COO, CMO and Chief Executive throughout the North American market introduction and early growth stages. Mike's most recent engagements include operational leadership plus implementation of open source ERP software for several companies entering newly-sanctioned producer, processing and distribution markets on the US west coast. Transaction and market entry/exit experience in North America, Europe and Asia. Domain expertise in operations, sales, information technology and crisis/turnaround management, supply chain disruption/transition and new market formation.

Mike has a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State, an MBA from The University of Pittsburgh and is a member of Financial Executives International.
